Music Scores for Competition & Grand Prize round (PDFs + 5 printed copies)
Process:
Please submit the following documents electronically via this Google Form provided:
Song Order & Details: This form should include details about the pieces you plan to perform in the competition, including composer, title, arrangement, instruments, and estimated performance time.
Choir Member Information: Please provide complete information for all participating choir members (including conductor accompanist, and chaperones), including name, nationality, passport number, voice part, etc.
Flight Information
Music Scores of Competition Repertoire: Please upload digital copies of your competition repertoire scores (PDF format) for initial application review.
Music Score Guidelines:
Scores must comply with internationally recognized sheet music standards.
If original scores are unavailable, choirs must provide PROOF OF PURCHASE from the official publisher or composer/arranger.
Only original scores or authorized copies may be used for published choral compositions. Unauthorized copies or handwritten scores are strictly prohibited.
Music scores for the Friendship Concert are not required.
Upon receiving the email of approval, kindly submit five (5) original, physical scores (Hard Copy) for each competition piece via postal mail to:

Score Return Policy:
Four of the five original scores will be returned to the choir at the conclusion of the festival.
One score from each piece will be retained for the Thailand Choral Association's library archives.
Repertoire Changes:
Any changes to the competition repertoire must be requested in advance and approved by the artistic committee.
