• Two songs must have different characters.

• The maximum singing duration is 10 minutes (pure performance time). Exceeding this time limit will result in a one-point deduction per minute.

• Maximum of 3 non-pitch percussion instruments are allowed.

• A Piano will be provided on stage.

• Amplification and backing tracks are not permitted.

• Choreography is allowed.

a. Schedule will be announced to all participating choirs at a later date.

b. The organizer reserves the right to modify or adjust the event based on the circumstances that arise in order to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and successfully.

The decision of the committee is final.

• Technical competency – Intonation, rhythm, diction, dynamics, fidelity to score

• Tone quality

• Overall artistic impression

80 - 100 points – Gold Medal and Certificate

60 - 79.9 points – Silver Medal and Certificate

40 - 59.9 points – Bronze Medal and Certificate

Below 39.9 points – Certificate of participation

a. In each category, the choir that achieves the Gold Medal with the highest score will be the category winner. The Category Winner will receive a Category Winner Trophy and Certification of achievement, and qualify to participate in the Grand Prize Competition.

b. In any category where no choir achieves a gold medal, there will be no category winner.

a. All category winners will be invited to participate in the Grand Prize Competition.

b. The winner of the Grand Prize Competition will receive a Grand Prize Trophy and certificate of achievement.

c. The jury holds the right to invite other choirs that seem fit to sing in the Grand Prize Competition.

d. Each participating choir must perform 2 songs:

- One song from previous competition repertoire.

- One new song that has never been performed in this competition.

e. Duration of performance must not exceed 10 minutes (pure performance time).

• During Event: Scheduled transportation is provided according to the official festival 

               itinerary.

e. Dedicated Liaison Officer:Your personal assistant who supports your choir throughout the duration of your Event Package who helping with:

• Schedule coordination

• Venue navigation  

• Communication with organizers

• Any questions or concerns

f. Rehearsal Room Access (Standard & Premium packages only)

• Advanced booking required: Please inform us of your preferred date and time in advance

g. Airport Fast Track (Premium package only)

• VIP immigration service - no waiting in long queues

• Staff will escort you through a special fast lane at passport control

Important Notes:

1. Transportation Services:

• Economy & Standard packages: Shared bus service (scheduled trips only)

• Premium package: Exclusive private bus throughout the event

Refund Process:

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to thaichoral@gmail.com

2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the festival concludes

3. Refunds will be issued to the choir organization (not individuals)

4. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from refund amount

C. Changes to Participant List

• Changes to choir member names: Free until 30 days before event

• After 30 days: USD 50 per person change fee

• Reducing number of participants: Subject to cancellation policy above

• Increasing number of participants: Subject to availability

D. No-Show Policy

Choirs or individuals who do not attend without prior cancellation notice will not receive any refund.
