The Opening Ceremony of the 2nd Thailand International Choral Festival 2025 will take place on August 31, 2025. The event will feature traditional Thai performances, a parade of nations, performances by invited choirs, and several other activities.
Participants are invited to perform, sharing both their vision and mission, as well as their journey in preparing for the 2nd Thailand International Choral Festival 2025. Participants may also encourage audience interaction during the performance, fostering friendships with other participating groups. Choirs may join this program free of charge, subject to availability of slots. Each choir’s performance shall not exceed 15 minutes.
This activity offers participants an exclusive opportunity to explore choral theory and practice under the guidance of expert instructors, aimed at enhancing the artistic quality and overall performance of participating choirs. A fee will be required to participate in the Master Class.
The competition will host informative workshops led by renowned experts in various fields. These workshops will provide participants with valuable insights through engaging lectures and interactive sessions, designed to enhance both their performance and overall experience. Please note that the number of seats for the workshops is limited, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each participant must designate two representatives to participate in the Parade of Delegates, which will take place during the Opening Ceremony. This parade provides participants a special opportunity to showcase their regional heritage on stage by wearing traditional costumes and attributes specific to their respective regions.
All choirs are eligible to register for the Choir Competition Round. Participating choirs will have the unique opportunity to perform in an international competition. Further details are provided in COMPETITION RULES AND EVALUATION.
